Since 1994 · Baulkham Hills
For over 35 years, Belmonte’s has been a gathering place for families, friends, and the Baulkham Hills community. We started with a simple promise: to cook Italian food the way it’s meant to be cooked — with love, patience, and the finest ingredients.
What began as a modest family trattoria has grown into one of Sydney’s Hills District most beloved Italian restaurants. But through every decade, the soul of Belmonte’s has stayed the same.
Tanya first walked through the doors of Belmonte’s as a waitress in 1994. She fell in love with the restaurant immediately — the warmth of the kitchen, the regulars who felt like family, and the craft of chef Rosanna whose handmade pasta and slow-cooked sauces set the standard from day one.
In February 2018, Tanya achieved the dream she had quietly held for years — she became the owner of Belmonte’s. She brought with her decades of passion, the same commitment to quality that had always defined the restaurant, and a deep respect for the community that had kept the doors open. Rosanna remained by her side, and together they have continued the traditions that make Belmonte’s special.
Tanya believes a restaurant’s true measure is what it gives back. Belmonte’s is a proud and generous supporter of the Baulkham Hills community — from local school fundraisers to community events, the spirit of giving is woven into everything we do. Come in, feel at home, and know that every meal you share with us helps give back to the community we all love.
